Compliance Team Leader

We are currently partnering with a reputable Social Housing Association in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Compliance Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.This is a full-time position with a salary band of £38,435 - £42,639 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a team of four Compliance CoordinatorsOverseeing and ensuring the delivery of all landlord compliance functions (fire, asbestos, gas, electrics, legionella, lifts)Ensuring that all required compliance checks/works are completed and recordedMonitoring compliance data, KPIs and team performance to ensure the organization meets all compliance related regulationsDeveloping, implementing and delivering a quality assurance framework for all processes within the compliance team, ensuring that end to end processes are performing, accurate and evidencedEnsuring that all relevant staff members have the appropriate level of training in compliance areas to meet the needs of their role and to support our customersRequirements:Experience required within property complianceProven technical skills/experience in one or more areas of the big 6 (pref for Electrical)Strong management experienceConfident with data, KPIs and performance reportingNEBOSH or similar qualification desirableOwn car and full UK driving licenceRewards and Benefits:25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays), increasing by one day per year up to 32 daysFlexible working hoursHybrid home working (circa. 3 days per week from home)Pension: the organisation will contribute 2% more than you choose to pay in eachmonth (minimum contribution where you pay 4%, they pay 6%; maximumcontribution where you pay 6%, they pay 8%)Working hours:37 hours per week Monday – Friday, flexible start/finish times Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
