They are growing quickly, launching new products and into new territories so are looking for an Amazon Channel Manager to join their team. They are looking for an Amazon Marketplace expert to expand their presence on the platform. This is a key hire and will help with their focus on profitable growth and exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be able to manage and deliver Amazon / Marketplaces strategy whilst maintaining brand integrity.The role:Manage and deliver overarching Amazon strategy, identifying areas for growth and key new market trends. Track, report and analyse performance, conversion and traffic in the Amazon platformDeliver actionable insight to improve channel performance Use data to forecast demand and seasonalityManage Keywords effectively – keyword research, refining matches, managing organic product listings and A + content etc to improve campaign performanceManage and deliver effective pricing and promotional activityEnsure the customer is at the heart of all Amazon / Marketplaces activity and that customer service and standards are best in classOptimise online reviews – including but not limited to Google and Trustpilot.Forge strong relationships with colleagues and with third partiesFor much more information on this fantastic brand, the role and great package please apply immediately.
