Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Redditch, is seeking enthusiastic Forge Operatives to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with immediate starts available!

Position Details:

• Roles Available: Final Inspection, Press Feeders, Stampers, and Assembly Operators
• Location: Redditch
• Salary: 12 - 13.33 per hour (Dependent on Experience) plus shift allowance
• Shifts: Rotating mornings and afternoons

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks in a foundry environment, including final inspection, feeding presses, stamping, and assembly operations.
• Engage in heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in all roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings & afternoons).
