My client are a specialist cladding and facades contractor who work on a number of large projects across the North of England. They supply and install a wide range of cladding and fa ade systems on major high rise schemes and mixed use developments.
They are one of the fastest-growing facades contractors in the UK, having secured several prestigious projects.
They are now seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Estimator to join their team.
As the Assistant Estimator, you'll work closely with the senior commercial team, offering you an ideal platform to grow and excel in your career.
As the Assistant Estimator, your role will include:
- Working on a range of large facade projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
- Estimating a wide range of roofing projects.
- Assisting with the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
- Producing accurate estimations.
- Helping to interpret tenders for projects.
- Collate detailed price lists and produce cost summaries.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience within the construction industry
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent work ethic
