My client are a reputable and highly experienced supplier of groundworks services catering to housebuilders and developers across the North West. Ther are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on housing groundworks projects across the North West. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities will include: Cost control and value management strategies. Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements. Oversee the commercial aspects of projects. Manage cash flow. Manage subcontractor payments. Provide guidance on contractual issues.
