Director Corporate Finance

We are partnering with a dynamic professional services firm in London that has experienced significant organic growth over the last 12 months. As part of their expansion, we are seeking a Corporate Finance Director with a strong background in M&A execution and origination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A transactions from origination through to execution.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the mid-market.
• Oversee financial due diligence and valuations, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Provide strategic advice and insights to clients on potential transactions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in M&A, with a proven track record of successful deal origination and execution.
• Background with a Big 4/Top 10 accountancy firm or leading consultancy.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
