Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Key information:Permanent FP&A role working for a boutique bank based in the city of London80k + bonus (give or take for the right person)30 days annual leave 3 days in 2 from home Key responsibilites:Analyse financial data and use financial models for forecasting. Facilitate the preparation and submission of Budget and periodic forecasts Prepare reports on financial performanceEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts. Study and analyse trends and forecasts to inform recommended actions. Support on ad hoc requests from CEO and Senior ManagersCompiling budget and forecast packs, evaluating current run-rates, anticipating trends, key deliverables, opportunities/risks and customer, market, and competitive drivers Managing spending and budget and forecasts for the business utilising inputs from cross functional partners, working collaboratively across Finance, Operations, Treasury, Client Coverage, and IT to develop process and assumptions Assist in preparation of board and management packs for the leadership team as required Person requirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)Proven FP&A experience gained within Banking Advanced Excel skills Highly analytical Knowledge of banking products
