This Legal 500-ranked firm is searching for a newly qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the team of Real Estate experts within their ideally located Brighton office. As a junior member of the team, you’ll benefit from friendly guidance and great resources from the outset of your career, with the freedom to work on a variety of property matters as you specialise in several different elements of property law.
Your role will include both commercial and residential property work, specialising in non-contentious matters. These will include landlord and tenant work, purchases and disposals, freehold acquisitions and lease extensions, and also residential conveyancing relating to retirement properties. What's more, both you and your clients will benefit from your team’s stellar reputation as well as the expertise of the firm’s wider real estate offering.
For this Property Lawyer job in Brighton, you’ll ideally have 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a residential or commercial property focused role.
