Job Title: Roofing Supervisor Location: North London Salary: up to £43,000 per annum Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, 23 Days Annual Leave, Development Programme Role Overview: Our client, a leading Tier 1 Contractor, are seeking an dynamic Roofing Supervisor to join their team in carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance to social housing homes in London. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and carry out roofing repairs and replacements in residential settings. * Coordinate effectively with planners, residents, and your line manager to ensure smooth job completion. * Ensure that all work adheres to Health & Safety regulations and safeguarding requirements. * Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in roofing. * Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete maintenance tasks efficiently. * Record job details and materials used accurately using a PDA after each task. Qualifications and Skills: * A valid UK driving licence is essential. * Previous supervisory experience in roofing maintenance within residential properties. * SSSTS certification (minimum requirement). * Excellent communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving and working under pressure. * Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
