A dynamic and forward-thinking Manchester-based Construction Consultancy is looking to take on an ambitious, talented Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role within this forward-thinking consultancy, offering strategic cost management and expert advice to help clients maximise value and efficiency. You'll lead the financial planning and feasibility assessments for a major portfolio of projects, driving success across a wide range of sectors. Your first challenge? Heading up an exciting 5-year refurbishment and lifecycle programme for a prestigious Healthcare client, a £135m project involving five hospitals. Each year, you'll oversee £25-30m worth of works, including 10-15 projects that range from large-scale replacements (£2-3m per package) to full-scale refurbishments. And that's just the start-similar projects are lined up in Blackburn and across the region, ensuring you'll have a varied and impactful portfolio. As well as the chance to get involved in additional sectors as you progress. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing a variety of exciting projects across different sectors. Providing expert advice to clients to enhance project outcomes. Developing and evaluating business plans, assessing project viability. Communicating and justifying investment strategies to stakeholders.
