The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role within this forward-thinking consultancy, offering strategic cost management and expert advice to help clients maximise value and efficiency. You'll lead the financial planning and feasibility assessments for a major portfolio of projects, driving success across a wide range of sectors. Your first challenge? Heading up an exciting 5-year refurbishment and lifecycle programme for a prestigious Healthcare client, a £135m project involving five hospitals. Each year, you'll oversee £25-30m worth of works, including 10-15 projects that range from large-scale replacements (£2-3m per package) to full-scale refurbishments. And that's just the start-similar projects are lined up in Blackburn and across the region, ensuring you'll have a varied and impactful portfolio. As well as the chance to get involved in additional sectors as you progress.
