Then look no further, we have the role for you!We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in York to support with scheduling, tracking and reporting on skills training and compliance using our learning management system. This post will involve developing and maintaining local training plan whilst working in collaboration with our Learning & Development Business Partner.Salary - £26,520 per annumHours - Full-time, 40 hours per weekShifts - Mainly Monday to Friday however, you will sometimes be needed to support with evening and weekend trainingKey Responsibilities:Maintaining training communication plans and distribute training announcementsComplying training information for accurate tracking and reportingCoordinates scheduling, implementation and logistical activities for training and administrative tasks through to competitionCollaborate with Shift Managers and Team Leaders to determine training needs and deliveryMaintaining the matrix to ensure site is ready for auditConduct effective induction and orientation sessionsHost training sessionsAbout YouYou must have a can do attitudeAbility to maintain and establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and other colleaguesKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)Strong communication, planning and organisational skillsFurther to thisCustomer Focused: a high degree of understanding of internal training participants and subject matter experts.Collaborative: strong skills giving the ability to work effectively across all levels to meet shared objectives.Delivers Objectives: the ability to focus on setting challenging goals and meeting or exceeding them.Decision Quality: makes good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward.Self-Development: an active interest in seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channelsWhat we offer you in returnMatched pension schemeDeath in serviceCycle to work schemeCanteen accessibilityRetailer discount platformStaff discountIf you're ready to make your mark in the snack world, apply now!
