As part of Burson, the world's largest media and communications agency owned by WPP, we offer the agility of a small company with the power of a global leader.The RoleWe are seeking a talented and creative Account Executive to join our Digital Services team and work in collaboration with a group of specialists across Planning, Strategy, Creative, Production to help bring earned-first storytelling to life across the full breadth of Social and Digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate for this role will be: Culturally curious, with a keen interest in identifying the patterns and trends that are shaping local and global culture and appreciation for what that means for Axicom and our clients A technology enthusiast, with an underlying desire to know how things work and how they make an impact people, business and society as a wholeA natural communicator, with exceptional inter-personal and presentation skills that help people shift mindsets and change behavioursA problem-solver; we love people who can take on a challenge and work it out for themselves, or present fresh ways to approach thingsAnd have: A background in digital and/or social media marketing (inhouse or agency) across paid and organic executions.A flair for copywriting, and comfortable with adapting to different social and digital platforms, as well as brand styles and tones.An eye for design, with the ability to produce content for social and digital environments using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma.An understanding of data and analytics and the role this information and insight plays in planning and review of campaigns.Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.An appreciation for personal responsibilities, including time and budget management and the role you play in projects with big teams and processes.What We OfferAs well as the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and innovative brands that are shaping the world we live in, we are focused on offering an exciting career with great growth opportunities, a generous remuneration package and employee benefits, including access to Employee Assistance and LinkedIn Learning.Intelligent WorkingWe believe in empowering our employees with flexibility and trust.
