Essential Skills

• 2+ years in a senior e-commerce role, ideally within an agency environment
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with DTC e-commerce brands
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels: Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retention
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational efficiency, and manage client relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver client-focused solutions and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core teams, overseeing hiring, progression, and ensuring objectives are met
• Drive operational efficiency across day-to-day workflows and processes
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance client growth and retention
• Act as a senior client contact, driving strategic discussions and resolving issues
• Foster a positive team culture, supporting development and aligning goals with business objectives

Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + 7.5% annual bonus
