Essential Skills
- 2+ years in a senior e-commerce role, ideally within an agency environment
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with DTC e-commerce brands
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels: Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retention
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational efficiency, and manage client relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver client-focused solutions and drive business growth
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core teams, overseeing hiring, progression, and ensuring objectives are met
- Drive operational efficiency across day-to-day workflows and processes
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client growth and retention
- Act as a senior client contact, driving strategic discussions and resolving issues
- Foster a positive team culture, supporting development and aligning goals with business objectives
Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + 7.5% annual bonus
