A fabulous opportunity to become an Area Sales Director within this market leading property business. Do you have experience of operating at a strategic business level? Ideally we are looking for an experienced sales / commercially focussed individual with a proven track record of success. A background within Property/Serviced Offices or a closely related industry to the Flexible Workspace sector would be fabulous. You will be required to demonstrate the development and nurturing of strategic level relationships with associated customers and suppliers with experience of negotiating sophisticated sales contracts with enterprise level clients. Key account management with enterprise level customers is essential as is the ability to demonstrate a multi discipline approach to relationship management. You will also take ownership of broker relationships at a strategic level including the selection and de-selection of appropriate brokers and creation of reward strategies to drive outcomes.
