Job Title: Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Manager Location: Remote (with site visits as required) Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Join a leading specialist in electrical contracting with over two decades of experience. Our client is looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager to ensure the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards across all projects. Whats On Offer: * Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum * Benefits Package: Includes company car, pension, life insurance, and flexitime * Flexibility: Enjoy remote work with travel to sites as needed Key Responsibilities: * Safety Compliance: Conduct monthly audits to ensure H&S compliance on all work sites. * Inductions & Training: Provide H&S inductions for new starters and lead toolbox talks to promote safe practices. * IMS Management: Oversee and continually improve the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. * Accident Investigations: Lead investigations into incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventative measures. * Risk Management: Prepare and manage RAMS, ensure safe systems of work, and coordinate H&S surveys to maintain a safe work environment. What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, IOSH membership, and Level 5/6 Health & Safety qualification * Experience: 5+ years in a dedicated H&S role, with strong background in ISO auditing (9001, 14001, and 45001) * Skills: Skilled in using MS Office and familiar with CDM requirements as per regulations This is a permanent, full-time role offering the chance to make a tangible difference within a company dedicated to excellence in electrical services.
