Software Solutions Architect - Remote UK - Defence/MOD experience - £85-110k Areti Group has partnered with a consultancy client that works within the Security/Defence sector. They are looking for an experienced Architect with experience across a variety of challenging projects, architecting software solutions and producing high-level technical designs. The right candidate will have experience working directly with customers or Internal stakeholders to generate solutions to complex technical problems & leadership skills to provide clear direction to engineers. Salary - £85-110k Remote in UK Competitive benefits package You will oversee the full project lifecycle including project concept formalisation; requirements analysis and specification; software architecture design; software implementation and delivery; software training and support and software lifecycle and maintenance. Responsibilities will Include Implementing full-stack software solutions including design, development, and testing Drafting technical Statements of requirements for cloud-native applications and platform solutions Defining and assessing technical architectures, solutions & business requirements Production of high and low-level technical designs & high-level operating model designs Ensuring best practice Agile methodologies (including SCRUM & Kanban) are implemented and followed Providing consultancy support to customers, assisting them with technology choices and solutions to complex problems Using a wide range of technologies, specialising in the use of open-source libraries and components Deploying software systems to a mixture of environments including public (AWS and Azure) and private cloud Managing relationships with our customers Ensuring your knowledge and professional development keeps pace with an everchanging technology landscape Providing leadership and support to delivery team members as required Please send your CV to [email protected] if you are interested in the role - I have interview slots available this week and next!!
