Senior Data Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics - Customer Data Salary up to £50,000Brighton and HoveYou will drive the organisation’s reporting and analysis, supporting business stakeholders across the business. Working with mainly with marketing teams you will create recommendations for experimentation through structured testing and reporting. Your work will allow the wider team to solve problems, innovate and prioritise work effectively, as well as measuring performance.You will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Data Platform technologies and the growing use of statistical and Artificial Intelligence tools within the data analytics space.Key responsibilities for this Senior Data Analyst job include:Working closely with the Group Head of Data & Compliance, lead the reporting, insight and analytics for the organisation, providing pro-active reporting and actionable insights, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition and engagement and optimising lifetime member value.Regular monitoring and reporting on key customer data metrics.Support and provide guidance on the development of campaign and overall performance reporting, actionable insight and data-driven models for use across the customer lifecycle (e.g. engagement, attrition, life-time value, segmentation and recommendations/next best action modelling).Produce data visualizations to help support and communicate important learning.Where possible, incorporate qualitative findings into quantitative reporting.What you will need for this Senior Data Analyst job:Proven experience in a Data Analysis role, with experience of Microsoft Data Platforms including MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BIProficiency in data visualisation tools, such as Power BI, Tableau. Experience of using Microsoft Customer Insights, Microsoft Customer Data, Microsoft Fabric, social and email marketing analytics would be beneficial.Experience of creating new analytics processes.Experience in SQL, SAS, Python, or R programming would be beneficial.Benefits include: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays,healthcare,hybrid workingplus lots of other perks!
