Looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading property services company based in Chingford carrying out responsive and planned maintenance to void & Occupied properties

You'll work to deliver a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing, Carpentry, Kitchen & Bathroom fitting and general maintenance works in a social housing setting
Requirements
- Hold a relevant trade qualification, NVQ2 or equivalent C&G
- Previous experience working in social housing properties
- You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only)
- Flexible approach as you will be asked to go on a out of hours call out rota
