Electrical Contracts Manager

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional property services contractor operating within the local authority sector. They have a vacancy for an electrical contracts manager to cover the HP and surrounding areas looking after a team of domestic electricians working within housing association properties. The Role: * Reporting directly to the Operations Director * Signing off EICR's * Supervision and technical support * Monitor and manage electricians' daily workload. * Toolbox talks * Internal safety auditing * Enforcing company policies and procedures * Liaising with the client and attending client meetings Requirements: * 2 years’ experience withing a managerial role ideally within the local authority sector * Strong technical skills * 2391 or 1394/5 electrical testing and inspection qualifications * Excellent communication skills and problem-solving * Full UK Driving Licence The Package: * 40 hours per week * Company car, fuel card, and equipment provided. * Salary: £46,800 per annum * 20 days holiday (excl. bank holidays) * Pension Scheme This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company who are looking to expand and develop their electrical division.
