Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving impactful people strategies in Defence or Aerospace? GTS Group Ltd are on the lookout for a Generalist HR Manager to partner with our clients' Senior Leadership Team, based in Hampshire, playing a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda for a rapidly evolving business!
?? What You'll Be Doing:
? Strategic Leadership: Partner with People Managers to implement the People and Organisation Plan, supporting the business strategy.
?Operational Expertise: Advise on employment, performance, and business change, driving people management excellence across the organisation.
?Talent & Recruitment: Lead recruitment strategies to support business expansion in the defence/aerospace space.
?Reward & Performance: Develop an effective EVP and manage performance frameworks to attract and retain top talent.
?Leadership Coaching: Uplift people manager capabilities through coaching and development.
?? Your Experience:
?Proven HR generalist experience within the Defence or Aerospace sectors.
?Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships and complex people issues.
?A strong understanding of UK employment law and business acumen.
?CIPD Qualification - Level 5+
?Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK
