Mobile Maintenance Plumber/Technician Bath/Bristol £36,000 - £38,000 | 27 Days Holiday + 8 BH | Van + Fuel Card Your new role * Working Monday – Friday, 37.5-hour week, across a portfolio of commercial healthcare sites and offices (hospital, health clinics, dental practices, commercial offices), across Bath and Bristol. * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. * Temperature tests, unblocking toilets and sinks, changing taps and showerheads, water hygiene, TMV checks, filter changes on AHU's and any other general building service duties. What you'll need to succeed * NVQ Level 3 Plumbing Engineering or equivalent. * Formal apprenticeship or craft trained equivalent. * Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
