Conduct market analysis, assess competition, and develop strategies to increase market share and profitability.Customer Service: Uphold the highest standard of customer service across all locations. Address customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Training and Development: Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of managers and staff. Provide ongoing support and coaching to drive performance improvement and professional development.Budgeting and Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for each location.
