Corporate Commercial Lawyer

Our client is a global investment manager who is looking for a corporate commercial lawyer to join their wealth management legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience and would have trained or spend some time in private practice. Responsibilities would include: review, negotiate and advise on documents and contracts relevant to the WM business including terms of business, client related agreements, market date or software licences, SaaS agreements, etc. advice on M&A / corporate transactions and work closely with other teams within the legal team advise on financial services regulatory mattersThe work is really varied and the candidate would need to have the right attitude and interest to learn and pick things up.
