Plumber - Modular building

Location: Redcar Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Start Date: Immediate / As Soon As Possible Role Summary: As a Modular Build Plumber, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems within modular units built in our factory and assembled on-site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in plumbing for modular or prefabricated construction, but candidates with traditional plumbing experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Qualifications: Certification as a licensed plumber (or equivalent relevant certification). Experience: Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience, ideally with experience in modular, prefabricated, or off-site construction. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of water systems, drainage, and heating installations, with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team.
