Senior Quantity Surveyor, Bridport, Dorset Salary: £75k - £85k per annum Role: Lovely role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-known 5 star national house builder to oversee a brand new site near Bridport, Dorset. This would be a site-based role for a large development of (up to 500+ units and consortium infrastructure contract to oversee). Candidate will likely work one day a week/every two weeks at their offices in Exeter and would be on site the rest of the time. Individual: The individual they are looking for will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with plenty of large-scale housing experience and confident in groundworks would be a strong preference. COINS experience would be preferable but not essential. This is a great opportunity for someone local to the West Dorset area to have continuity of work for a number of years ahead.
