Job Title: General Manager Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 Location: Manchester This brand is amazing. As a small team we are now looking for a GM / Head of Commercial/ a retail or ecom leader to take strategic ownership of the business and lead the brand into it's next phase of growth. With a strong emphasis on creativity, print, and pattern, they are dedicated to transforming everyday moments and bringing joy to homes through their products. The General Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a creative and expanding company. This position is vital for ensuring smooth and efficient business operations while driving strategic growth in all areas of retail, b2b and d2c. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, and team leadership, driving the company towards its growth objectives. What's not to love! The General Manager will: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Manage and lead a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L to ensure cost-effective operations. Essential Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce. Essential: MUST have recent and relevant start-up broad management experience. Essential: Must have a proven track record of growing a small business £1m - £10m either from a retail or e-commerce background. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
