We are currently seeking a talented and driven Planner to join their team in the West Midlands. Job Summary: As a Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and delivery of residential development projects. You will manage the planning process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position demands a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of planning law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Planning Application Management Project Coordination Compliance and Regulation Stakeholder Engagement Reporting and Documentation Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field. Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RTPI) is desirable. Proven experience in a planning role, preferably within the residential development sector. Strong knowledge of UK planning law, regulations, and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, planning application systems). A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
