We are seeking to appoint a qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.The hours of work will be from 8.30am until 3.30pm Monday to Friday during termtime.The successful candidate will:Have experience of providing ahigh standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children.Demonstrate the higheststandards of classroom practice.Be responsive, flexible andsensitive to the differing needs of pupils. Including those with SEND.Have experience of deliveringwell structured interventions.Communicate effectively in avariety of situations.Use ICT competently both inclassroom practice and for own professional work.Build and sustain effectiveworking relationships with all members of the school community.Work flexibly with acommitment to continuity and quality of education.Be focused and driven toensure that all children fulfil their potential.Be innovative and seek tocontinually develop. Employees with less than 5 years' service will receive 26 days annualleave. Employees with more than 5 years' service will receive 31 days annualleave.
