Hybrid Working availableDescriptionAs the Payroll Specialist based from Woking, Surrey you will be responsible for This role is primarily responsible for the administration of Payroll and HR platforms which includes working with the external payroll and pension providers. It must maintain the highest standards for auditing and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team, to take responsibility for the process and administration of the payroll and HR new starter or leaver processes within the system. PayrollResponsible for the end to end administration of monthly payroll process including collating and auditing all inputs for both UK and IrelandReconciliation of payroll, benefits and dataAnswer payroll queries from employeesAdhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant lawIdentify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in payroll recordsComplete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial reviewWork closely with the selected payroll bureau to ensure accurate processingHRBP support e.g., reporting, severance calculations, projects, etc.Prepare and provide relevant data for internal and external auditsFulfil any HMRC and Pension regulator requirements Benefits SupportMonthly pension scheme uploads and processingSupport the Head of Operations on the calculation, communication and management of the various incentive schemes for employees.Supporting the annual pay review and bonus review process and reports to support the budget process and annual reward rangesSupport in annual renewal process and system updates in the payroll systemManage vendor relationships with third parties providing services across the HR function e.g. outsource payroll company and pension providersPrepare data for benchmarking companies on an annual basisProfileExtensive Payroll experienceSolid knowledge of payroll practice and lawsDayforce / Ceridian experience is an advantage but is not essentialStrong Systems Skills and the Ability to pick up Systems Quickly is Highly BeneficialSelf-starter, motivated to provide the highest possible level of responsiveness and performanceExcel intermediate experience requiredOutstanding communication and relationship building skillsAttention to detail and quality of workGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective team memberGood organisational skillsBenefits experience desirableJob OfferSalary £50,000 - £55,000Great Benefits on offerOn Target Annual Bonus of 10%Industry-leading Pension ContributionPrivate Healthcare & Life Assurance25 days holiday with option to purchase 5 extra daysHybrid Working Pattern working from home and the officeFree ParkingAccountancy
