MEP Manager

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager for the 16m fit-out of a new music venue in Kensington. The role involves managing the entire MEP scope from pre-construction to completion. The project includes an enabling works package during the pre-construction phase, which begins in a few weeks, with on-site work commencing around January.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full oversight and management of MEP works from pre-construction to project completion.
• Coordinate enabling works during the pre-construction phase.
• Liaise with design, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure MEP systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Ensure all health, safety, and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Manager on similar high-value fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of D&B contracts and MEP systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
