Senior Molecular Biologist
SRG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Molecular/Micro Biologist to lead a cutting-edge microbial detection research and development program.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative molecular-based tests for rapid microbial detection
Manage R&D projects and supervise a team of scientists
Conduct hands-on laboratory work, including handling clinical blood samples
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and risk assessments
Represent the company at conferences and technical demonstrationsQualifications and Experience:
PhD in Molecular Biology or a related field
Extensive experience in molecular biology research, with a focus on microbiology
In-depth knowledge of DNA detection methods, such as PCR
Strong understanding of ISO 13485 quality standardsKey Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and lead a team
