Up to £26k DOE | Flexible Hybrid Working | East Devon Our client, who provide digital services to SME companies across the UK, are seeking a Digital Learning Content Specialist to join their dynamic team based in East Devon. This role offers flexible hybrid hours, requiring you to attend the East Devon office once a week. Main responsibilities for the Digital Learning Content Specialist: Develop, curate, and manage digital learning content, transforming traditional materials (e.g., PowerPoint) into engaging online courses using tools like Articulate Rise Capture, edit, and animate video content, and design graphics or infographics to enhance online learning experiences Maintain and optimise the user experience on the learning platform, ensuring a structured and accessible curriculum that meets learner needs Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to align content with learning objectives, while managing multiple projects and staying current with e-learning trends Digital Learning Content Specialist requirements: Proven experience in digital content creation, e-learning tools (Articulate Rise), and video editing/animation software (Adobe Creative Suite) Strong project management and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of user experience principles Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and a passion for digital skills training Desirable: Experience with the LearnWorlds platform and knowledge of the digital skills landscape Your benefits include: Opportunities for professional development.
