The Role?
In the position of a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building your own portfolio of clients & candidates within the senior European Tech space and selling a range of our products from contingency, retained and TAAS (Talent as a Service). At all times, you will be looking to provide an exceptional level of service, measured by Net Promoter Score, and be completely aligned with our company values of HARD WORK, WORKS, THINKING BIG, DO THE RIGHT THING, ENJOYING THE JOURNEY and becoming 1% BETTER EVERYDAY.
The desk opportunities available are in established markets whereby you can build on our current footprint and take the business unit to the next level. Working at the high end of the market, and with unrivalled placement fees and commercial terms, you will have an opportunity to scale quick and achieve earnings of up to six figures.
