Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / Marketing Leader


Key Criteria - must be commutable to clients HQ several days a week

Ideal - background in consumer electronics or technology or a major recognisable consumer brand

If you are an experienced marketing leader with a passion for driving business growth and making a significant impact in the UK and Ireland markets, we would love to hear from you however please read the basic brief below as there are some key criteria the client would ideally wish to meet in this process and we do require candidates to meet.


We are only considering candidates who are within a reasonable commute of South Hertfordshire - M1/M25 area. Our client requires the successful director to be in the HQ office often and for this reason the person will ideally be located near this office.


Our client is a leading Consumer electronics / Technology brand who has has experienced rapid growth over recent years.


The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the UK and Ireland. This role will lead a team of approx. 12 marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will ideally have managed cross functional teams of similar size or greater.


You will be ideally degree educated, with at least 10 years experience in marketing within consumer electronics, domestic appliances, telecoms, computing and consumer technology or major retailers or similar industries. You could be from a major retailer or marketing agency however some industry knowledge is essential.


You will have ideally at least 5 years leadership experience and proven record of developing and motivating a team.


You will have a proven record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the UK and Ireland.


You will ideally be a digital native with a strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
