The Company:

You will be working for a well established construction company, which operates in Fareham.

Traffic Marshall's Responsibilities:

  • When working as a Traffic Marshall you will be responsible for controlling and managing vehicle movement within the site.
  • You will ensure that road safety regulations are followed by all drivers and other site workers.
  • You will also be required to help out around the site, with any labouring jobs which may need to be completed.
  • You will be the face of the building site therefore a key part of the role is to look presentable and have a welcoming attitude.

The Role

  • We value that health and safety on site is followed, therefore you will need to be cautious when working with others.
  • You will liaise with the site manager and complete the tasks required in order for the site to run smoothly.
  • We expect you to be punctual and arrive to site on time.
  • You will get an opportunity to work in a friendly environment and be part of a great team.
  • You must have a valid CPCS or a Traffic Marshall card.
