Our client, a private equity healthcare services company are looking for an Interim Senior Tax Manager to join them for 4 months to build a tax function and help with tax accounting and consulting. You will be based remotely for the majority of the contract but will be required to travel to their head office in Munich initially, and then ad-hoc travel to train the local countries. Your responsibilities would be but not limited to;
- Tax accounting across five countries, prepared mostly in Excel
- Implementing a new tax reporting system which will include rolling over balances and tidying these up, alongside training local countries
- Project management of tax software implementation
Candidate profile
- Qualified Tax Consultant CTA/ ACA / ACCA with post qualification experience in tax (UK & International)
- Essential: tax accounting experience/IFRS 9
- Essential: implementation of tax software
Day rate: up to £850 per day outside IR35
