Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of workshop technicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. * Service, repair, and overhaul heavy mobile plant machinery, delivering expert technical support. * Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues and implement solutions. * Conduct thorough inspections and provide technical guidance to your team. * Order parts and ensure equipment is always ready for the job. What You’ll Bring: * Level 3 qualification in HGV, Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering. * Hands-on experience working with construction or heavy plant machinery. * Expertise in diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electronics. * Supervisory experience is a plus, but if you're ready to step into leadership, we want to hear from you! * Bring your own tools to enhance your efficiency on the job. * A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
