Job Title: Traffic Marshall Location: Luton Pay Rate: £15 per hour (via umbrella) Working Hours: 9.5 hours paid per day Job Type: Long-term Start Date: Beginning of November Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team on a long-term project in Luton, starting at the beginning of November. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with a CSCS Card and a Traffic Marshall Ticket, seeking a stable position in a busy construction environment. Key Responsibilities: * Direct vehicles and plant machinery safely in and out of the construction site. * Ensure the safety of pedestrians and workers around the site at all times. * Maintain clear communication with drivers, delivery personnel, and site staff to ensure smooth traffic flow. * Adhere to and enforce all on-site health and safety regulations. * Assist with other general site duties as required. Requirements: * CSCS Card (valid and in date). * Traffic Marshall Ticket (valid and in date). * Previous experience as a traffic marshall on construction sites is preferred. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
