Field Applications Specialist

The successful Field Applications Specialist will well work on the delivery of application projects on time taking into account all internal and external stakeholders required to drive projects through to completion with high level of customer satisfaction.Perform installations, develop scripts to meet customer specification, customer training courses, compiling statistics and presentations as required.Perform preventative maintenance visits and repairsEnsure accurate hours are logged dailyTroubleshooting of any issues and escalation of problems when they impact project delivery timelinesCompletion of all customer handover documentation including customer sign-off.Escalation and/or resolving issues in connection with customer complaintsSupport and perform quality assurance related activitiesPerform software upgrades and helpdesk support as requiredCommunicate and work with the European Service Management team, the UK Management team and with other departments, manufacturers and suppliers.Ensure demo and stock rooms are efficiently organized.To be successful in this role of Field Applications Specialist we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:Successful track record of complex installationsLife Science experienceProject management expertiseWillingness to travelAutomation experience (ideally script writing)Ability to recognize and solved complex problemsAbility to communicate and understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholdersACS are recruiting for a Field Applications Specialist.If you feel that you have the skills and experience required in this advertisement to be a Field Applications Specialist, please submit your CV including an outline of your experience as a Field Applications Specialist.
