Our London-based Global, EMEA & UK team will comprise of around 100 people, who are dedicated to LEGO’s business, and supported by teams in 55 markets across the world, who are a true extension of our team.

The Role Lead the strategic and tactical execution of paid social campaigns. Ensure execution of strategy, implementation, and optimization goals. Manage a mix of branding and direct response campaigns. Collaborate with partners like Meta, X, Snap, Pinterest, and TikTok

Read data – Able to draw insights from data analysis and suggest recommendations. Ideal Candidate Experience -The ideal candidate will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail. -They will be a team player who is keen to learn and is results driven. -They will be ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of activity within their accounts and be eager to share their knowledge with the wider team and be an effective mentor and role model to their team. -The dynamic and fast-paced nature of Paid Social demands a mix of creative and analytical skills in order to drive results. -We are looking for candidates with ideally 2-3 years’ experience in paid social.
