We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Rolling Stock Production Manager based on the outskirts of London. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire production process of rolling stock, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.Manage and lead a team of skilled production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are met.Coordinate with other departments, including engineering and logistics, to streamline production operations.Monitor production KPIs and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.Prepare and manage production schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.Qualifications:Proven experience in a production management role within the rolling stock or rail industry ideally, we will consider other transportation industries.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Solid understanding of production processes and quality control principles.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary of circa £60,000 per annum.Attractive annual bonus scheme.Strong pension scheme.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive and inclusive work environment.Join our innovative and forward-thinking team and contribute to the future of rail transport.
