Our client is looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer with circa 1-4 years’ PQE to join their existing EMEIA team and to be based in their Antrim office in Northern Ireland. The primary focus of this role will be to provide day to day commercial contract support across a range of technology focused businesses across the region. It will also include advising on a range of legal matters impacting their businesses. You would be part of a small and dynamic team, working together and individually across the region.The role would suit someone seeking to gain in-house experience after working in private practice or looking to build their international contracting experience on both buy and sale side contracts. It offers experience partnering with business teams across the EMEIA region to advise on procurement contracts for component suppliers and negotiations on customer contracts.
