The role will require working closely with leaders of our industry verticals, services lines and working with some of our largest customers as we aggressively expand and pursue large deals.We are seeking someone who can capitalise on the global presence of Persistent and growing footprint across Europe within the BFSI Domain.Building the right team & sales capability with an objective to achieve Revenue/Top line, margin & customer satisfaction as per the scope of Sales Targets planned for respective unit.What you will do:Identify and sell to the decision makers including C-Level executives, across both IT and LOBs in enterprises in both new and existing accounts.Consultatively identify requirements and propose solutions to customers.Create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.Consultative customer solution selling that could include service and software.Building and managing a strong Sales PipelineAnchor client meetings and creatively pursue any opportunities generatedPartner with sales and channel organizations of software vendor(s) / Persistent Systems partners driving joint demand generation and jointly closing license and services revenue.What you will bring:Passionate about the innovation economy, love to dabble in new age technologies and excited about the future and how that technology can enhance client outcomes – Product Engineering, Cloud, Mobility, Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Martech.Have a successful track record of opening new logos, manage and grow existing customersYou are a big thinker and able to formulate solutionsYou have a proven track record of selling $5M+ ACV services deals.Able to communicate with and build relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, CXO-1, CXO-2 and CXO-3 levels)Able to work effectively with globally distributed teams.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Culture focused on talent development with growth and progression across all levelsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge marketing technologies.Private Health Insurance through BUPA.25 Days Vacation.
