Job Title: Marketing ManagerLocation: South EnglandSalary: £60-70K DescriptionThe Developer Link are working with a Health & Wellness Start-Up looking to bring on board a Marketing Manager.We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager who is ready to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact. This role has the potential to progress into a Head of/Leader position, offering the opportunity to build and lead a team as we continue to grow.Key responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the company's growth objectivesMonitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as neededManage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectivelyDevelop and execute social media marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube platforms.Build a social media presence from scratch, focusing on influencer marketing and engagement.Oversee email marketing and PPC campaigns to drive growth and customer acquisitionRequirements:Proven experience in launching or scaling brands through social media, with a track record of successful aggressive launches that are highly visible onlineStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketingProficiency in micro and macro influencer marketing.Ideally, a candidate with a strong interest in health or wellness brandsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Strong analytical and project management skillsAdditional information:The company website will go live in September, with the product expected to launch by the end of the year.
