Finishing Foreman

Location: Tiverton
Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Position: Temporary to Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious high-end residential developer, who is looking to hire a skilled Finishing Foreman. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on customer care, addressing and resolving any customer care items promptly and professionally.
• Create and distribute snagging lists to contractors, ensuring high standards of completion.
• Liaise with contractors to monitor progress and ensure snagging items are completed within deadlines.
• Perform minor finishing tasks to a high standard when required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on experience in a trade, with the ability to perform small finishing works.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with both contractors and customers.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering top-quality finishes.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• CSCS Card
• First Aid Certificate
• SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification
