Management Accountant

Management Accountant | Brokerage Firm | £55,000 - £60,000 | LondonAn Investment Brokerage firm are looking to welcome a Management Accountant into their team. This is a newly curated role so this is a very varied role which gives you great scope to learn and grow.You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller. You will be producing the management accounts and getting involved with treasury and FP&A duties alongside statutory, tax, and regulatory.This is a really exciting opportunity for a Finalist looking to finish their qualification in a growing business!Your Role:Producing accurate and timely management accounts monthly.Full overview of month-end processes, which includes journals, prepayments and accruals, accounts payable, invoicing, and balance sheet substantiation.Preparing forward-looking cash flow for the weekly and monthly reporting.Assisting with the preparation of the annual budgets for the Group's different entities.Assisting with the management of regulatory capital requirements.As required, complete VAT and Corporation tax payments.Your Skills & Qualification:Be a finalist studying for your accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA Equivalent)Experience of a similar role within Financial Services would be desirableGreat and effective communication skills, with excellent attention to detailBe someone who is keen to get stuck in and be a team playerThey are offering £55,000 - £60,000 + great benefits and bonuses to the successful candidate.
