EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our lovely and welcoming team at one of the Brilliant Schools in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to thrive and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.Assist with planning and implementing engaging activities that foster children's development in all areas of learning.Provide one-on-one and group support to children, particularly those who may need extra help.Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.Support with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Requirements: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.Previous experience working in an Early Years setting.A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
