Project ManagerOur OpportunityAre you an Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next important step in your career with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy? Do you want to build on your experience and expand your project range?  With our rapid growth across Project Management, Pick Everard are looking to appoint an ambitious Project Manager for our London office, to support on projects within a range of sectors.  In this role, you will become an essential part of our Project Management team. You can expect to become involved in a range of exciting and challenging schemes across both the private and public sectors, including commercial, retail, residential, education, healthcare, regeneration and infrastructure.  Within this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing and communicating with the client, project stakeholders and other consultants appointed in order to meet the requirements of the project. You will also be required to prepare and issue reports, including but not limited to preparation of project execution plans (PEP), strategy reports, risk registers and progress reports etc.  You will be overseeing and managing the control of the project both pre and post-contract including financial expenditure throughout all RIBA stages. Apply now. Find out what it is like to work at Pick Everard here: Life at PickEverard - Pick Everard About YouOur ideal Project Manager must have:  Excellent knowledge of construction processes and have experience working in a similar role in the construction environment A good understanding of forms of building contract and experience of contract administration (NEC contracts) The ability to monitor progress and expenditure of projects through all of the RIBA stages A clear understanding of risk management including identification, management, mitigation and risk transfer It would be nice for you to have: Member of a construction related professional body, such as RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc. HNC, HND or a construction related degree A strong track record of working in busy, fast - paced environments Excellent bid writing and presentation skills About UsOur nationwide multidisciplinary team of 650+ work collaboratively to deliver outstanding places and spaces that create lasting value for local communities.
