CornerStone is a leading independent Security Risk Consultancy, and we are now looking for a Security Project Manager with a security background and 5 years of experience to join our established award-winning team. We are seeking an individual who is looking to share their extensive skills and knowledge to support the team in a UK-wide capacity. Objectives of This Role

  • Delivery of projects from initiation to completion
  • Provide project management services for clients
  • Deliver security project management services within a construction environment


Experience Needed

  • Highly experienced in technical/physical security measures (CCTV, AACS, IDS, HVM, doors, walls, etc)
  • Experience conducting projects in both public and private sector environments
  • Experience in project management


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Management of projects using allocated resources
  • Production and delivery of project documents
  • Undertake site project management
  • Reporting to the Director of Construction and Delivery on a regular basis and providing weekly updates on project progress, issues, opportunities, etc
  • Producing and accurately recording project meeting notes and actions
  • Understanding and managing client expectations and requirements across a broad technical security environment
  • Chairing meetings with relevant stakeholders

  • Engineering lifecycle knowledge and skills
  • An understanding of Networks and IT infrastructures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working under pressure and multi-tasking to achieve project and client timelines, satisfying client expectations and having good time and workload management skills
  • Security systems engineering and design knowledge

  • Open-minded – integrative thinker
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
