About You: A minimum of Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience working in a secondary school setting is essential. A strong passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting student learning. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents. A commitment to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
